We are a Testing House active in the global Electronics Manufacturing Industry. We provide In-Circuit and Functional Test Fixture as standalone solution or with Test Software for Electronic Manufacturing Companies with high volume or high mix production environment.

We manage the complete process of developing the Test Fixture and Software, from its design stage to the final on-site installation and commissioning.

We are a team of Engineers, Software Developers and Technician with more than 10 year experience in designing and developing In-Circuit and Functional Test Fixture and Software. We have accumulated a deep knowledge and a vast know-how in all In-Circuit and Functional Test platforms, including the newest Inline and MDA Test Systems and the latest test technologies used in testing electronics boards.

We support our customers with knowhow and experience in their task of developing complex test processes, focusing not only on the required test coverage level, but also on the specific characteristic of our customers testing and manufacturing environment. About Us

For this reason our main responsibility is to offer our customer engineering value. We not only develop a Test Fixture and Software, but use our experience and knowhow to design and integrate them into our customer manufacturing environment to improve the overall test performance.

Every In-Circuit or Functional Test Fixture is a unique device and a key element in securing high quality in the manufacturing of electronic boards.For us it is a given that all fixture vendors develop their product with the highest quality and accuracy possible and that every customer expect that as a minimum; however, it is our fixture unique design and excellent performance that distinguish us and brings so many referral.

We design and develop our fixtures in AutoCAD platform. We integrate all fixture component, board’s CAD drawing and testing devices into an AutoCAD design. Our open design platform not only ensure an efficient fixture layout and a fast an error free manufacturing, but allow our customers to accommodate further board redesign without modifying the fixture (see more – video about designing a fixture in AutoCAD).

Standard Test Fixture and Software Components. Although every Test Fixture and Software are unique in its design and function, we use standard components in our Fixtures development avoiding our customer to maintain expensive spare parts inventory and to spend time consuming learning processes.

We always check for consistency between the fixture files, board CAD data and sample board. Prior to any manufacturing process, we always compare the board CAD data, the fixture files and the sample board to check for version inconsistency and layout discrepancy. In this form we ensure that our test fixtures and software are 100% consistent with the board to be tested.

We test our fixture before they are send to the customer. We test every fixture and software for failures in mechanical design and electrical wiring as well as operational robustness and test performance. We ensure that our test fixtures and software are error free before leaving our factory (see more – video about the quality process).

We deliver user friendly documentation and a free spare parts kit with every fixture .

We provide FEA Analysis and Strain Gauge Test. At customer request, we perform FEA Analysis on and Strain Gauge Test on any type of fixture (see more – video about FEA analysis and Strain Guage Test).

Balluff Elektronika Kft. (Hungary) works together with PCB-Test since 2013. After a short ramp-up phase we have now a very good relationship with PCB-Test. The ordered and received ICT adapters have the requested quality. We are also satisfied with the provided technical assistance in wiring the adapters.
